Zachary D. Bombatch

Zachary D. “Zack” Bombatch is a graduate of Grove City High School and a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration. Immediately after graduating from Pitt Business, he concurrently pursued his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration at Duquesne University. He earned his M.B.A., with honors, with concentrations in finance and human resources management. While in law school, Zack served as President of the Appellate Moot Court Team and Editor-in-Chief of the Duquesne Business Law Journal. He was also inducted into the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization recognizing law school graduates who demonstrate exceptional skill in oral advocacy and legal writing.
Zack is proud to serve on the Foundation’s Board. He returned to his hometown in 2021 after spending several years in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. After nearly a decade working at a national law firm, he opened his solo practice in 2023, headquartered in Grove City. He now practices as a partner at Stranahan Cline & Bombatch. Zack and his wife, Chelsea—a fellow Grove City native—live in Grove City with their two children and dachshund. His hobbies include maintaining and restoring their historic home, working on vintage cars, traveling, and enjoying outdoor recreation.
In addition to his role with the Foundation, Zack serves on the boards of the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce and the Mercer County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Disrupt HR Pittsburgh speaker selection committee, as well as a member and frequent speaker for the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association.
